Polycrystalline Carbon Boron Nitride (CBN) Cutting Tools – CBN has high resistance to heat and abrasion perfect for finishing and effective for tolerance control, suitable for iron, cast iron, sintered materials, or other hardened materials (above 50 HRc). It is applicable with inserts and round tools including endmills, reamers and boring tools. CBN tools can help reduce costs due to turning/milling process rather than gridning. Retipping is also available.
